• A technology entrepreneur working in one of TechLift’s Signature areas (Advanced Materials, BioSciences, Electronics, Information Technology, Advanced Energy)
• Have formed or are forming a company within the 21 counties of Northeast Ohio (Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Crawford, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Holmes, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne)
