TechLift, in collaboration with local foundations and universities, has designed a very unique program that will let Northeast Ohio’s technology entrepreneurs employ qualified student business interns at a subsidized rate. The program is designed to:

• Allow Northeast Ohio technology entrepreneurs gain access to qualified student business interns at colleges and universities throughout the region.
• Provide resources for a number of business areas, including, market research, marketing materials, business operations, logistics, accounting, finance, and others.
• Subsidize those resources at 50 percent (up to a total of $4,000), making it easier for more students to be employed and more cost effective for employers.
• Provide an educational experience in entrepreneurship and the benefits of working for a small technology company for students
• Encourage Northeast Ohio’s young professionals to stay in the region after graduation, easing our growing talent shortage.
